This paper considers two questions for a debate: the first is whether the war on drugs should be continued in the U.S. and argues that it should. The second is about cyberporn, and should it be banned by the government on the internet, and the answer given is that it should not for adults, but images of those under age 18 should not appear on the internet.
From the Paper:"The government should not end the war on drugs because this would mean it was giving up on the millions of people caught up in the network of drugs pushers and addicts who are trying desperately to get off drugs but finding no real help. The focus of the war should change. It is obvious by now that it is never going to be possible to stop the flow of drugs into this country or even the distribution of drugs in the cities."
