From the Paper:

"The first place I went for research was to the libraries "EBSCO" host. I typed in "special needs support for special needs children online" I was amazed at how many articles there were. Now my problem would be selecting the right ones for my paper. What frustrated me was the Internet kicked me off for some reason so I had to start again. This time I was more successful. My first article was "Uses of the Internet: Rural Special Education" written by several authors from Rural Special Education Quarterly. This article offered several online sites for special education, comprehensive sites, national sites, general and special disability sites, resources for children and adults with learning disabilities, resources for attention deficit hyperactivity, as well as several sites for parents. There were even "chat rooms" available for other parents to talk to parents with similar problems. "Nation information center for children and youth with disabilities (On-line), n.d.) provides information about young women at a 'Daughter with Disabilities,' and answers many questions about special children and special services" (Bull et al 12)."
