The service business is different from the production and manufacturing business. Service has been described as `self-reinforcing' process for several reasons. Service, like any other product in the market, has to be constantly improved. One of the ways to improve service is to constantly monitor what are the expectations of the customers. This is only possible while service is provided. This service has to be constantly modified to meet the customer needs."
