"While it is evident that each of the specific problems within the organization could have continued to be addressed through individualized methods, the company was being prevented from growth. This inability to grow indicated that the barriers that existed within the company were exceedingly strong and that the only method of resolving them was to institute complete organizational change. The change process is difficult. However, with extensive planning all of the needs of the company and its workers can be met with a consistent focus on the ethical values and risks that would inhibit growth.
