This paper begins by explaining what a performance appraisal is, what its function is and why performance appraisals can be useful to both employers and employees. The paper then discusses the performance appraisal method developed by president of Iezzi Management Group, John Iezzi, and how it can be used as a model for employee evaluations in any organization.
