In order to accomplish tasks efficiently, the manager must organize people and resources in a way that helps them work together. Once the project is underway, the manager will control the group or individual effort by monitoring their progress and achievement. To plan, organize, and control successfully, a manager must be able to lead as well. Although leading is not the primary aspect of management, it is a vital component."
