The paper argues that hydrogen is a more efficient, cleaner and easily stored fuel than fossil fuel. The chemical reaction process is discussed in support of hydrogen, showing that the energy is easier and more efficient to tap. Fossil fuel and the combustion process is also discussed in relation to how much energy is lost through the refining process.

From the Paper:

"Although there is a wide divide between where we are in Hydrogen production and where we need to be it doesn't mean that efforts are futile. The cost of producing Hydrogen is 8 times greater than fossil fuel. It is evident from the reports of the Basic Energy Sciences Advisory Committee that the use of Hydrogen is far cleaner than the combustion engine. It is also evident that we are so far behind in the research process that it will take high risk/big gain fundamental research to accomplish effective results by 2050. 2050 is when the date that is used to pinpoint when Earth will enter into the crisis mode of green hose gas..."
