This paper identifies a redemptive technology associated with the extraction, processing and management of a resource; in the case of this paper, the resource in question is actually two-fold - water resources and non-renewable fuels used to heat buildings - and more emphasis will be placed upon the processing and management processes than upon the extraction process.
