This paper provides evidence that genocides have occurred before and after the genocide against the Jews in Nazi Germany during WWII. Examples of the Armenian genocide of 1915 and the genocide against the Tutsis in Rwanda in 1994 are used to support this contention. The paper also includes an annotated bibliography.
