From the Paper:

"Many people have trouble paying attention to things they are not interested in. The cause of this lack of attention may be attributed to various things. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder could be the cause of come cases of inattentiveness. Most people are diagnosed with this disorder before the age of 7, but some may be diagnosed later in life. There are three forms of the disorder. Nevertheless, ADHD is a specific disorder that may be identified through research.
"In order to diagnose ADHD specific measures are taken. There is no specific test for ADHD. However, a diagnosis may include several components. The initial element used to diagnose ADHD is a medical exam. (Mannuzza and Klein ) This is utilized to eliminate the other causes of symptoms. The next component of an ADHD diagnosis is information gathering. (Mannuzza and Klein ) In this stage of diagnosis family history, medical issues, personal history, and school records are each observed. Interviews or questionnaires may also be utilized. Teachers, family members, and close acquaintances may be subject to the interviews or questions. The final element of diagnosis is an ADHD rating scale. (Barkley)"
