"Ethics is an essential issue to organizational culture, and to the success and viability of business overall. With an ethical culture, a business can compete. Without it, the business will fail. One of the most central and common ethical challenges is maintaining gender equity within organizational culture, or implementing it when and where it is lacking thereof. Gender discrimination is not just sexual harassment, far from it. There are many issues that need to be resolved in the workplace. Sexual harassment arises out of a culture of gender discrimination, but we need to focus on the basis for gender discrimination in order to clarify the ethical issues that we are addressing and resolving within the business organization model thereof."Sample of Sources Used:
