The following paper is a brief proposal dealing with the matter of racial, cultural and ethnic intolerance among Canadian military nurses. According to the paper, the research project is fairly novel in the sense that very little scholarly work has been done in this field. It further points out that there is no evidence that any research on this issue has been conducted within Canada. The proposal outlines a study geared towards resolving this situation.

With this in mind, it is appropriate to pursue research projects which measure the degree to which those working in the Armed forces still harbor resentment and mistrust towards identifiable minorities from different ethnic/cultural backgrounds.
