From the Paper:

"In the advent of the global economy, e-business constitutes an essential component of business strategies adopted by an organization. Technological advancement has seen increased incorporation of information technology systems in business organizations revolutionalising the manner in which organizations relate with one another and with their clients (Andam, 2003). Increased adoption of ICT has improved productivity, facilitated cost reduction besides ensuring increased participation of clients through systems such as customer relationship management among others. Barnet and Builders Company is an interior design firm based in Finchely London. The firm offers a wide range of services to both commercial clients and domestic consumers. Though Barnet and Builders Company has a company website, the firm has not fully integrated this to achieve e-business capabilities which would be instrumental in improving its relationship with its both commercial and domestic clients. As such installation of a fully operational website and other e-business capabilities would help the firm in improving its building and interior design business operations (Barnet Builders, 2009)."
