Description:

The writer relates; "My hobby is karate. I have been doing karate now for three years. I enjoy it very much. Karate means the "way of the empty hand." It teaches much more than just self-defence. I go to karate two nights a week. Sometimes we have special events on the weekend as well. For example, we have a karate marathon where we do kata all day, or watch demonstrations. These are fun for meeting many other people who love karate. This is what it is like to do karate training. On Tuesday and Thursday evenings, I do not eat dinner with the other people in my house."
