In order for a person to be dedicated to ethics the individual must first understand that which is proper and furthermore have the capacity to compare this against existing alternatives. Opinions are formed based upon this perspective with the morally correct actions being chosen should ethical conduct be exercised. In such situations as there is not a solid answer it is all the more important for the individual to develop a code of ethics upon which to ground their decisions. Through a consideration of these many facets of ethics, I have determined that my ethical development is relatively advanced, and that within the auspices of the core measurement this is equally as such. In order to exhibit my ethical development and perspective, an experience in the workplace in which ethics came into play will be taken under consideration.
