This paper discusses three aspects of the training program in detail, these being: perception and attribution used for evaluating employee performance, job satisfaction and functions of attitudes used for employee morale, and the management of and promotion of the company's values on diversity.

An effective and efficient manager should be very aware of his or her perceptiveness, especially while evaluating employee performance.
