It publishes directories and databases replete with information and data regarding the companies within these two industries. The data and information is captured through primary, secondary, and tertiary means through the company's in-house research department. The company's human resources (HR) department plays a strategic role in its overall market strategy through selective hiring practices and in vetting working partnerships that are, more often than not, a culmination not necessarily of technological compatibility but of interpersonally based professional compatibilities. The individual interviewed for this present research was the Director or HR, Ms. Huntington (Interview, 2005). The particular topic of the interview was globalization and how it has affected CSG's business case as well as certain actions that the Director and the HR.."
