From the Paper:"According to some experts, sociology is the study of the science of society and explores the influences and consequences of social behavior and social interactions. The roots of sociology are in the social philosophy of nineteenth-century Europe when Auguste Comte and others tried to use scientific principles to understand social changes precipitated by the Industrial Revolution. Some researchers suggest that the purpose for studying sociology is to determine and understanding the issues of social forces that act upon human behavior and how we can use this information to make societal improvements."
