It should endeavor to accomplish as a minimum three basic tasks, the expansion of talents in addition to skills; the development of freedom of thought; and the development in ethical and communal behavior. It is also necessary that children must be trained in a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere to promote them to love as well as be loved, to enjoy a societal life."
