This paper examines the strategic management process in health care organizations in the present age. The paper reveals the various external factors which impact upon the organizational decisions of an organization and then notes the internal dynamics which also influence such decision making. It also stresses the need for excellent communication amongst all levels of the organizational hierarchy.
