"As America's workforce grows older, the issue of caring for and hiring workers over the age of 45 has grown increasingly pertinent. The following paper will examine this phenomenon with an eye towards examining the impact upon businesses that employ individuals 45 years of age or older. In a related vein, the paper will take a close look at policy recommendations that may assist older workers in the American workforce.
