"The Island Nation of New Zealandia consists of inhabitants living in an experimental Utopia. This experimental effort to create an ideal society represents an effort to overcome the pressing social problems that plague most communities. The economy of New Zealandia will be one where labor is performed only to benefit the common good. All individuals will engage in work they enjoy that promotes the sustenance and maintenance of New Zealandians and New Zealandia. Work schedules will encompass hours of labor per week, per person leaving ample leisure..."
