This essay describes ways in which Chief Security Officers can calibrate protections that serves their company's needs while also making security palatable to the executives. The article discusses communications, personal security, transportation recommendations and evacuation plans. The essay finds that since financial executives have the highest risk due to the nature of their work, a comprehensive plan for an executive in this industry should be far more considerable and detailed. For other executives in less riskier fields, a risk analysis should be conducted.

From the Paper:

"Areas that have elevated threat levels will require additional transportation measures. It is recommended that executives refrain from the use of rental vehicles especially in countries where the risk is elevated. Local criminals are aware that visitors from other countries will most likely have greater wealth. This should be especially considered when traveling in an impoverished country. In high risk countries, it is recommended that executives travel in an armored vehicle."
