"Southern Ontario is a large geographic area with a diversity of regions. Each of these regions has different geographic, climatic and economic factors that differentiate it from the other regions within the province. This essay will look at two different regions within southern Ontario. These regions are Prince Edward County and the Niagara Peninsula. For each region the climate, topography, history and agricultural production will be examined. This will be done in order to compare these regions. To begin this essay the climate within these two regions will be examined. Prince Edward County is located on the north east end of Lake Ontario."
