"In an ideal situation, individual differences would be complementary to each other. Work teams model was conceived having this idea in mind- integrating different strengths of the team members to ensure a best possible outcome. In reality, however, people tend to form personal likes and dislikes of others, regardless of the conforming atmosphere of business conduct. Even within the group, people often establish dyadic interpersonal relationships, based either on traits compatibility or obvious dichotomy, with the latter being a source of conflict. Sometimes the degree of dislike is so elevated, that human resources intervention fails to fix the problem and the most antagonized party sees no other choice but to change a job."
