From the Paper:"Kudler Fine Foods wants to begin a new program called a frequent shopper program. This program will be developed to increase the company's revenue. There are three things that should be addressed before beginning the project: legal, ethical, security, and the financial aspect. The details of each aspect are important for the success of the program.
"Kudler's frequent shopper program will track individual customer purchases through the computer-based system. The customers will receive incentives as a thank-you for their loyalty and purchases made at Kudler's Fine Foods (Apollo Group, 2007). The program will benefit the company as well. The company can track the customer behavior patterns. This will allow the company to determine which items to carry at specific locations (Apollo Group, 2007). This will improve the customer shopping experience. Since the store will know what products to keep stocked regularly, the customers will be able to purchase more of the items they want. This will increase the company's revenue.''
