The income level would be from medium to high. These groups are typically the ones who can afford to eat out.
"Product Categories: Famous Dave's believes that entrees and side dishes are seen by guests as traditional American picnic foods that preserve their quality and travel extremely well, making them an attractive option to replace a home-cooked meal.
