"The target market for Famous Dave's consists of both males and females. As long as the person likes BBQ being male or female makes no difference. The age group targeted is anyone who likes to eat BBQ. The restaurant provides food choices that appeal to family's which often include people of all ages. The income level would be from medium to high. These groups are typically the ones who can afford to eat out.
"Product Categories: Famous Dave's believes that entrees and side dishes are seen by guests as traditional American picnic foods that preserve their quality and travel extremely well, making them an attractive option to replace a home-cooked meal. In addition, the high quality, reasonable cost and evasion of preparation time make take-out of their product particularly attractive."
