"Currently, Micro-businesses are known to be the type of businesses that have 0-9 employees (Lee, 2014). According to data in 2014, UK had approximately five million microbusinesses and this accounted for approximately 96% of all businesses and employed more than eight million people. According to the European Commission's SME Performance Review in 2013 UK had very competitive environment for the small to medium sized enterprises as compared to the other European Union Member states (Lee, 2014)."In December 2013, the UK government came up with a program and a scheme known as Small Business: GREAT ambition (Lee, 2014). It entailed a number of measures that were designed to ensure that micro-businesses would easily expand and grow. In order to cease the opportunity presented through the government policy and expand business, I will come up with a business employing four new office and four new sales staff. The business is known as JavaNet. This paper entails the strategy to cost that will be implemented and covers how money will be borrowed and the best way to equip the business with powerful though cost effective computing hardware and software."
