Overview of the Company
Problem Definition

From the Paper:

"The organizational structure of Urania includes three major divisions: product design and development, sales and marketing, and production. Production is achieved by an assembly line where each worker is responsible for a specific step in the production process. Most of the components, such as: tubes and printed circuit boards, are supplied by outside vendors and then assembled in Urania's case, which they manufacture on site using injection molding. At the end of the production line, the Quality Inspection Unit tests a sample of the finished product."
