This paper reflects on an article critical of post-9/11 airport security changes. The article was written by conservative columnist Ann Coulter who makes the case that the policies are actually more painful for the passengers than the would-be terrorists, and that their feeble enactment actually helps to realize the objectives of the terrorists in disrupting the lives of people living in Western societies.
