This paper presents an exploration of the employee-Internet privacy question. The writer examines several common issues that are currently being seen due to access to the Internet in the workplace. Because of this new and emerging lawsuit angle, it is important for companies to be able to protect themselves from such action by monitoring the Internet activities of their employees so that they can take immediate action if something is being done that shouldn't be."
