"The ability of local, state and the federal government to pass sensible Gun Control Policy, regulation and legislation has been severely hampered by the recent Supreme Court Ruling in the "District of Columbia v. Daniel Anthony Heller" ("Heller"). The Heller decision found that the Second Amendment to the Constitution found the right to keep and bear arms was an individual right, not associated with the need of the state to provide a well regulated militia.
