In this paper, the writer argues that education vouchers would strongly help educational reform of America. The writer contends that a $3,000 voucher would be enough to cover the tuition in most private schools so that parents and students can have a choice of schools. In turn, this alternative would put pressure on public schools to improve so that they can be competitive.

From the Paper:

"The author believes that the voucher system would eventually cause the following to happen: (1) Existing schools will improve their instructions and facilities and would eventually expand to accommodate more voucher students, (2) New schools and educational institutions that would offer competitive educational packages would be established, (3) Schools that have been known as exclusive and have high tuition fees might eventually lower their tuition or would offer scholarships in order to accommodate voucher students."
