In this paper, the writer argues that education vouchers would strongly help educational reform of America. The writer contends that a $3,000 voucher would be enough to cover the tuition in most private schools so that parents and students can have a choice of schools. In turn, this alternative would put pressure on public schools to improve so that they can be competitive.
