Their "concerns" if that is what they really are, are generalized references to the then state of what they think the internet is, and then they back up those dated conceptions with examples which are also no longer relevant; such as beginning the article with a discussion of Netscape's irrationally priced market capitalization, which I will admit they were right about - but so what? Google, its replacement in kind, is equally irrationally..."
