The company is not very old, it was incorporated in 1979 but already it has gained the reputation as one of the most successful companies in the business of sports wear. Their main competitor is of course another major company in this line of business: NIKE. Reebok is a world-class company with global presence and has been sponsoring sports giants for many years now. They have four main divisions, which are responsible for different tasks. These segments are the Reebok Division, which produces all the products with Reebok trademark, the second division is called the Rockport Company, which is actually a subsidiary of Reebok and produces all Rockport brands, the third is the famous Ralph Lauren Footwear Co., Inc., which is responsible for Ralph Lauren and Polo products and the fourth division is called the Greg Norman Division, which manufactures the Greg Norman brand."
