What motivates people? What determines the level of effort and how hard a person works? An individual's motivation to excel in a particular job depends on his or her overall motivation. It can be easy to because bored, or unmotivated. Improving a hygiene factor will decrease the dissatisfaction of the company's workers, such as increasing the quality of working conditions or providing a real concern for the safety of the workers. "
