This paper talks about the disintegration of Yugoslavia. The author relates ex-Yugoslavian president, Slobodan Milosevic's political career and hypothesizes that Milosevic had a major role to play in the collapse of Yugoslavia. The author reasons that the fall of Yugoslavia was caused by a brutal army and Milosevic had become very sympathetic to that army during his reign. The paper also describes the political situation in Kosovo during the late 1980s and how the Milosevic government handled the situation. In addition, the paper questions several decisions that the Milosevic government made. The paper uses APA style footnotes at the end of the paper but does not include a works cited page.
