"With respect to the pay, the company has been effective enough, as it ensures competitive pay for all its employees by benchmarking it with that of the current market rates. The individual performance of the employees has also been recognized and they are being awarded accordingly by way of its annual appraisal process. In addition to this, Arcadia group also provides bones to its staff, as there are various bonus schemes that are being added to basic pay and benefits of its employees. In addition to this, there are various other benefits that are being provided by the organization to its employees, such as all the employees are entitled for paid holiday. All the employees are also eligible for the pension plans immediately after their joining with the organization and the company also makes certain contribution after a period of 12 months of their joining. An interest free season ticket loan is also paid to its employees who works in head office and the employees are also eligible for discount of 25% in all the merchandise of Arcadia Group. In addition to all these benefits, career progression is another big opportunity available to the employees of Arcadia group."
