From the Paper:
"For pursing my short-term goals, I need to outline my current time distribution and accord them to the job tasks I perform everyday. Once I have determined the level of time I should be spending on different tasks (phones, meetings, emails, business correspondence, reporting), I will make certain adjustments to allocate a time for each job. Once this is done, I would note the time limit for each task. Any job(s) demanding time over the specified limit will be assigned to a subordinate or will be cut to the levels within time limit."In order to determine task priorities, I will need to have a discussion with the company management so that I spend as much time on that as necessary for a specific task. On my own, I will conduct a cost-benefit analysis of each task given its priority level. Tasks with highest priority would be given preference over tasks with lower priorities, and so on..
"The final short-term goal is one that supplements my networking development. Through active presence in industry-wide business conferences, I would be able to get a better know-how of the future trends of the business products of my company."
