It also is one of the largest operators of theme parks across the US and, corollary to its brewing line of business (LOB), it is also one of the biggest producers of aluminum cans in the US as well. Its products are exported to and/or produced in more than eighty countries throughout the world with operations in every major region of the globe. AB's total revenues for the fiscal year that ended in December 2005 were reported to be in excess of $17b with more than 148b barrels of beer and related beverages sold worldwide. Total revenue and total number of barrels sold increase slightly over the previous fiscal period however, gross profit as a percentage of sales was down by approximately 5% for that same period."
