The paper discusses how Kors seems to define the problem with universities that run 'shadow' governance with seemingly absolute autonomy, but he does very little to provide possible resolutions for stemming of the authority that is being abused by a few select administrators. Also, the paper posits that the issue of "free speech" might also have been analyzed in more detail relating to the ethics of racial, sexist, or ethnic speech that creates an intolerant atmosphere.
