From the Paper:"Entrepreneurship, according to one perception, does not necessarily constitute a vital component of all human decision making, but depicts a specialized activity that particular people, who presumably may be hired, may be well equipped to perform. Another strand of literature, albeit, challenges that concept and links entrepreneurship to leadership. Alan L. Carsrud and Malin E. Brannback (2007) argue in their book, Entrepreneurship Greenwood guides to business and economics: A primary resource in entrepreneurship is the entrepreneur him/herself. Peter G. Klein assistant professor, University of Missouri, and J. Brace Bullock (1940-2006) (2006), previous McQuinn Professor of Entrepreneurial Leadership, University of Missouri, explain that according to this perception, entrepreneurs "specialize in communication - the ability to articulate a plan, a set of rules, or a broader vision, and impose it on others. The successful entrepreneur excels at communicating these models to others, who come to share the entrepreneur's vision" (Klein & Bullock, Economic concepts...section, 1). ".
"In the journal publication, "Can entrepreneurship be taught?," Klein and Bullock (2007) address issues with no definite confirmations abounding in entrepreneurship research. Issues relating to entrepreneurship include, but are not limited to, whether entrepreneurship consists of an individual's innate ability or a skill that he/she can acquire, as well as whether one may achieve and enhance entrepreneurial acumen through education and training, or whether only "special" individuals "born" to ultimately be entrepreneurs."
