"One of my areas of strength is in task implementation. I have successfully carried out assignments involving the establishment and subsequent training of teams of IS professionals some with limited knowledge of the IS protocol. Project implementation is extremely critical to the success or failure of any project. Having the abilities to successfully carry out required tasks of a project to me is a great skill to have. Often these skills do not come easy. It comes with years of practical experience and the knowledge base in the particular discipline. Commitment and determination is also part of the motivational elements which, when combined with knowledge and experience of the individual helps such person to excel in their job undertakings."I have utilized mentorship programs to assist staff to further develop their talents in the area of IS sector. I have always believed that people are endowed with abilities and talent which could be further developed given the right environment and necessary resources. To this effect I have lead an initiative to examine the current level of IT investments within our firm with the object to assess the program's effectiveness and possible needs. The aim is to evaluate the return on investments and justify either the continuation or ending such programs if the results were minimal and unsupportive of the budgetary appropriations to that program."
