" Christians believe in salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Islamic beliefs teach that man can only find salvation at the hands of Allah during judgment and that the Christians beliefs are blasphemous Wikipedia, 2006). Islamic and Christian stories feature the same people and places such as Abraham, Moses, and David or Jerusalem. Differences are seen in the level of reverence given to a location or in the translation of the name. Muslims regard Mecca to be the holiest of cities. Where as Christians give that honor to Jerusalem (Wikipedia, 2006). The Qur'an focuses more on the moral or spiritual significance of the story and is written in parables, while the Bible is considered a narrative including details. "
