Often these pricing requests are completed via manual processes, which are quite time consuming and expensive, and due to the time to complete them, often result in deals being lost. It is a very good idea for organizations to seriously look at this specific customer requirement, as Columbus (2003) explains in much of the research completed on this topic at AMR Research (2003)."
