Global Energy's objective is to enter into the Indonesian market on the premise that development of an alternative energy source is, overall, less expensive in that market. Indonesia's rapid economic expansion and shift towards becoming a net importer of petroleum based energy resources indicates that, at the least, Global Energy can expect implicit governmental support. Indonesian Project Financing Financing the Indonesian project is a major undertaking even for a company with the size and scope of Global Energy. "
