The paper relates that because controlling is monitoring progress of employees as well as the organization, the progress of employees' use of technical equipment is monitored on a regular basis and procedures are set up to evaluate the performance of all employees involved with patient care.

The new CT scanning system is a plus for Baylor and its patients."
