The second most important is the employees who are working for the architectural company. Again, without them there wouldn't be a company. We wouldn't have anyone to do the work. So "employees' involvement, development, and commitment are critical to successful business renewal". The third thing is reducing the workload. They call this "Common Shareable Solutions". Common requirements will be addressed by common shareable solutions. The fourth factor in business is partnership."
