This document, signed into law by President Clinton, if upheld by the Supreme Court will completely rewrite free speech laws as we know them (Kniffel 1). Basically, free speech will become a thing of the past. Furthermore, it will give communications providers across a wide spectrum the authority to censor any questionable material that passes through its communications links."
