Yet, inspite of all these efforts employees do face stresses and of them the women who are burdened with duties in multiple, both at home and at the workplace, bear the brunt the most. The organizations of today are looking forward to having more diversity in the workplace as it leads to not just greater profitability but also a healthier workplace where talents are appreciated and opportunities are provided regardless of gender biases.
